Executive Assistant to VP
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Vice President. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner, providing high-level administrative, coordination, and strategic support. This role requires excellent communication, multitasking ability, and discretion in handling confidential information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the VP and internal/external stakeholders
- Manage the VP’s calendar, meetings, travel, and scheduling priorities
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the VP
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings and follow up on action items
- Handle confidential information with professionalism
- Support event planning, leadership meetings, and executive communications
- Assist in decision-making by providing insights, data, and summaries
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and administrative support for the VP
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Freshers or candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience, preferably in software/IT companies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
