Executive Assistant to VP

Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Vice President. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner, providing high-level administrative, coordination, and strategic support. This role requires excellent communication, multitasking ability, and discretion in handling confidential information.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the VP and internal/external stakeholders
  • Manage the VP’s calendar, meetings, travel, and scheduling priorities
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the VP
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings and follow up on action items
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Support event planning, leadership meetings, and executive communications
  • Assist in decision-making by providing insights, data, and summaries
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and administrative support for the VP


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Freshers or candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience, preferably in software/IT companies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
