Marketing and Communications Manager

Grow the awareness of our brand by executing various marketing activities
Coordinate with content writers, designers and subject matter experts to produce marketing content such as videos, blogs, infographics, social media posts etc.
Create a system to regularly capture the positive impact of our services on our clients businesses and document it (case studies) and publish it on all relevant mediums.
Conceive marketing ideas by constantly researching about events and trends in the industry as well as inside Codilar
Manage and monitor outsourced marketing activities such as SEO, PPC etc.
Monitor the growth of brand awareness by analyzing various metrics in analytics and listening tools such as Google Analytics, ahrefs etc.
Manage our social media channels on Youtube, Linkedin, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter
Update the website of Codilar
Coordinate events such as webinars, round tables etc.
Manage company newsletters
Graduation in journalism, communications, public relations or marketing is an advantage, though other degrees are acceptable.
Relevant experience in a marketing communications team is most sought after.
Experience of writing for a variety of different audiences is desired. General journalistic or marketing experience is beneficial.
Experience of having crafted marketing strategies and having documented them in presentations is highly desirable.
Ability to manage teams and hold them accountable for their responsibilities.

Minimum 4 year experience in similar roles
Experience in Software Services industry is an added advantage
