Project Coordinator

Job Overview


We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator with 1–2 years of experience to support the successful execution of projects. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating project activities, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.


Key Responsibilities


  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Support in defining project scope, requirements, and objectives.
  • Assign tasks to team members and follow up on progress.
  • Act as a point of contact for project updates and communication.
  • Identify and escalate risks, issues, and blockers to the Project Manager.
  • Help maintain project documentation, reports, and trackers.
  • Ensure client requirements are understood and met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support budget tracking and resource coordination.


Requirements


  • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or similar role.
  • Basic understanding of project management concepts and methodologies.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar).
  • Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
