Senior Manager – CRO & Digital Experience
Key Responsibilities (15 Core Areas):
1. Enterprise CRO Strategy Leadership
Develop and implement full-funnel CRO strategies across:
- Product pages
- Category pages
- Checkout flows
- Mobile journeys
- Campaign landing pages
- Focus on revenue growth, AOV uplift, and conversion acceleration.
2. UI/UX Department Leadership
Lead the UI/UX team to:
- Design conversion-focused user journeys
- Improve usability, clarity, and trust signals
- Balance aesthetics with performance
- Standardize design systems across clients
- Ensure UX decisions are backed by behavioral data.
3. Customer Journey Architecture
Map and optimize:
- Awareness → Consideration → Purchase → Retention journeys
- Omnichannel experience flows

4. Experimentation & Testing Program Ownership
Build and scale an experimentation framework:
- Hypothesis-driven testing roadmap
- A/B & multivariate testing

5. Retail & Category Intelligence
Deep understanding of:
- Electronics, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, etc.
- Category-specific buyer psychology

- Apply retail context to optimization decisions.
6. Ecommerce Platform Expertise
Hands-on experience optimizing:
- Magento / Adobe Commerce

7. Web & Product Analytics Leadership
Own analytics ecosystem including:
- GA4
- Adobe Analytics

8. Martech Ecosystem Architecture
Oversee integration of:
- CDPs
- Personalization engines
- A/B testing tools

9. Personalization & Segmentation Strategy
Develop personalization frameworks:
- Behavioral segmentation

Collaborate with development teams to:
- Improve Core Web Vitals
