Senior Sales Manager
Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager with a strong background
in business development and international sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
revenue generation, deal closures, and building a strong sales pipeline across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
● Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
● Focus on outbound sales activities including cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and
events
● Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets (US, SEA,
Middle East, etc.)
● Conduct client meetings (virtual/in-person) and understand business requirements
● Perform solution mapping and sales pitching aligned with client needs
● Build and maintain a strong pipeline and client repository
● Collaborate with internal teams for proposal creation and solutioning
● Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
● Participate in events, partnerships, and networking activities for lead generation
● Maintain accurate CRM updates, reporting, and sales forecasting
Key Requirements
● 5–8 years of experience in sales/business development (hunting role)
● Proven track record in revenue generation and deal closures
● Experience in international sales (US, SEA, Middle East preferred)
● Strong understanding of B2B/B2C eCommerce solutions, platforms, and web
development services
● Prior experience in IT services, SaaS, or eCommerce solution companies is highly
preferred
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
