Shopify -Project Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
● Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities.
● Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project
execution.
● Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
● Support in defining project scope, requirements, and objectives.
● Assign tasks to team members and follow up on progress.
● Act as a point of contact for project updates and communication.
● Identify and escalate risks, issues, and blockers to the Project Manager.
● Help maintain project documentation, reports, and trackers.
● Ensure client requirements are understood and met throughout the project lifecycle.
● Support budget tracking and resource coordination.
Requirements
● 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or similar role.
● Basic understanding of project management concepts and methodologies.
● Strong communication and coordination skills.
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
● Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or
similar).
● Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
