Support Engineer(Freshers)

Job Description:

We are in search of a skilled and enthusiastic Junior Support Engineer to join our team. This presents an

exciting chance for individuals who are passionate about technical support and eager to embark on their

journey in the field. As a Junior Support Engineer, you will collaborate closely with our support team to

deliver exceptional technical assistance and problem-solving across various platforms, ensuring seamless

customer experiences.

Job Responsibilities:

● Installation and knowledge of operating systems (Ubuntu, RedHat, Windows).

● Conduct website sanity testing, performance checks, and browsing analysis.

● Upgrade computer components and maintain virtual environments.

● Implement automated backup processes and disaster recovery solutions.

● Familiar with application monitoring tools for uptime and alerting.

● Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira and OS Ticket.

● Provide first-level support and escalation when necessary.

Other Details:

● Location: Bangalore (Work from Home)

● For the first two weeks of training, the candidate is required to be present at the Bangalore office.

● Workshift : Night shift
