About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Client Success Manager who will be the key point of contact for our clients, ensuring successful onboarding, relationship management, and long-term satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a customer-first mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of managing client expectations in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
● Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication
and satisfaction.
● Drive client onboarding, training, and adoption processes to ensure quick time-to-value.
● Maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and aligning
solutions accordingly.
● Conduct regular business reviews with clients to track performance, discuss challenges, and
identify opportunities.
● Proactively manage client issues, risks, and escalations, ensuring resolution with minimal friction.
● Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure client expectations are
consistently met or exceeded.
● Analyze usage data and feedback to identify growth and upsell opportunities.
● Contribute to customer success strategies, playbooks, and internal documentation.
Key Requirements
● 4+ years of experience in client success, account management, or customer relationship roles,
preferably in IT services, SaaS, or eCommerce domain.
● Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
● Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
● Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client engagement.
● Comfortable with CRM and project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira).
