Job Overview


We are seeking an AI Manager to lead customer engagements focused on delivering AI-driven solutions for creative and marketing workflows. This role partners closely with enterprise customers to identify business use cases, align them with Adobe’s AI solutions, and drive measurable business value through successful implementation and adoption.


Key Responsibilities


Lead customer engagements and act as a trusted advisor for AI and digital transformation initiatives.


Identify and document business use cases and map them to Adobe’s Generative AI and digital solutions.


Collaborate with customer stakeholders to define requirements, guide solution design, and support deployment.


Drive adoption and value realization through enablement sessions and ongoing customer engagement.


Communicate progress, outcomes, and value to executive stakeholders.


Proactively manage risks, challenges, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.


Required Qualifications


10+ years of experience in business consulting, digital strategy, enterprise software, or related fields.


Experience working with AI/ML solutions, cloud platforms, and data integration.


Proven track record of leading enterprise customer engagements or digital transformation initiatives.


Strong understanding of agile delivery models and cross-functional collaboration.


Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.


Preferred Qualifications


Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Firefly, GenStudio, or Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.


Background in creative operations, agency, or digital transformation roles.


Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Workfront.
