8+ Years of exp as Quality analyst.
- Good experience in AJO Campaign experience.
- 1.5+ Years’ experience in AJO functionalities, including journey orchestration, real-time
personalization, and decisioning.
- Proficiency in testing APIs, event triggers, and data flows between AJO and integrated systems.
- Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Postman, SOAP UI, or similar.
- Experience in automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or related tools is preferred.
- Experience with SQL, data validation, and database testing.
- Understanding of marketing automation workflows, customer segmentation, and journey design
principles.
- Excellent communication and representation skill.
- Certifications (Optional but Preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
