AJO Quality Analyst

  • 8+ Years of exp as Quality analyst.
  • Good experience in AJO Campaign experience. 
  • 1.5+ Years’ experience in AJO functionalities, including journey orchestration, real-time personalization, and decisioning. 
  • Proficiency in testing APIs, event triggers, and data flows between AJO and integrated systems. 
  • Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Postman, SOAP UI, or similar.
  • Experience in automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or related tools is preferred.
  • Experience with SQL, data validation, and database testing.
  • Understanding of marketing automation workflows, customer segmentation, and journey design principles.
  • Excellent communication and representation skill. 
  • Certifications (Optional but Preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
