Associate Product Manager SaaS Product (cWarmer)
General Role Description
As an Associate Product Manager for cWarmer, you will be a key player in driving the product’s
success by coordinating across development, marketing, and sales teams. Your role will also
involve engaging with clients directly, from product demos to onboarding, ensuring they fully
understand and benefit from cWarmer. Your ultimate goal will be to manage client accounts
effectively, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
● Cross-Functional Coordination:
○ Collaborate with the development team to translate market needs into product
features and ensure timely delivery of updates.
○ Work closely with the marketing team to craft and execute go-to-market
strategies, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
○ Coordinate with the sales team to support lead generation and client acquisition
efforts.
● Client Engagement:
○ Lead product demonstrations, clearly explaining cWarmer’s benefits and
technical capabilities to prospective clients.
○ Oversee the onboarding process, guiding clients through initial setup and
ensuring a smooth transition to using cWarmer.
○ Provide ongoing support to clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all
cWarmer-related inquiries and issues.
● Account Management:
○ Monitor client usage and performance metrics, gathering feedback to inform
product improvements.
○ Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by addressing any concerns promptly and
effectively.
○ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and long-
term partnerships.
● Market & Product Analysis:
○ Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and
opportunities for product enhancement.
○ Analyze product performance data to identify areas for improvement and propose
actionable solutions.
Desired Skills and Experience
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
● 1+ years of experience in product management, preferably with a SaaS product.
● Strong understanding of the eCommerce landscape, particularly within the Magento
ecosystem.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex
technical concepts in a clear, concise manner.
● Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a
cross-functional team environment.
● Experience in client-facing roles, including demos, onboarding, and account
management.
