B2B SEO Executive

Job Description:

Codilar is looking for a B2B SEO Executive to drive organic growth strategy for our own brand and/or client

portfolios in the B2B and enterprise technology space. The ideal candidate comes from a tech industry background

(product company or agency) and brings strong hands-on technical SEO expertise - someone comfortable auditing

site architecture, diagnosing crawl/indexation issues, and working directly with developers to implement fixes, not

just someone who manages keyword sheets and content calendars.


Key Responsibilities:


• Own and execute end-to-end SEO strategy for B2B/tech-focused websites, balancing technical SEO,

on-page optimization, and content-driven organic growth.

• Drive growth in Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), consultation bookings,

and organic pipeline.

• Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits - crawlability, indexation, site architecture, Core Web Vitals,

structured data, canonicalization, and log file analysis.

• Partner directly with developers and engineering teams to scope, prioritize, and implement technical SEO

fixes.

• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis specific to B2B/enterprise buying cycles (longer

funnels, multiple stakeholders, technical search intent).

• Monitor, analyze, and report on organic performance (rankings, traffic, conversions) using tools like

Google Search Console, GA4, Google tag manager, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs/SEMrush.

• Collaborate with content and design teams to optimize landing pages, blogs, and product/solution pages for

search intent and conversion.

• Stay current on algorithm updates, search engine guidelines, and emerging SEO trends (including

AI-driven search/SGE changes) and translate them into actionable strategy.

• Support internal linking strategy, site migrations, and international/multi-domain SEO considerations where

relevant.

• Present findings, strategy, and performance reports to internal stakeholders and/or clients.


Qualifications:


• 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience, with prior experience in the tech industry — either at a

tech/SaaS/product company or a digital agency serving tech/B2B clients.

• Strong technical SEO skills are non-negotiable: comfortable with crawl budget management, JavaScript

SEO, schema markup, site speed/Core Web Vitals, robots.txt/sitemap configuration, and log file analysis.

• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and ability to communicate technical requirements clearly to

developers.

• Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools: Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs,

SEMrush (or equivalents).

• Experience with B2B SEO specifically is a strong plus — understanding of longer sales cycles,

ABM-aligned content, and multi-stakeholder search behavior.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into a prioritized action plan.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional and (where applicable) client-facing

collaboration.

• Self-driven, comfortable owning outcomes independently in a fast-paced environment.
