Key Responsibilities

 Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.

 Business Process Analysis: Analyse current business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

 Solution Design: Work with development and technical teams to design solutions that meet business needs.

 Documentation: Prepare detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specification documents (FSDs), and user stories.

 Stakeholder Communication: Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring clear communication and ​alignment.

 Project Management Support: Assist in project planning, risk identification, and change management processes.

 Data Analysis: Analyse data and generate reports to help stakeholders make informed decisions.

 User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Coordinate and facilitate UAT activities, ensuring the final product meets the specified requirements.

 Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements, helping to refine the business analysis process and overall efficiency.


Required Skills


 Good Communication Skills

 Mandatory Knowledge of the e-commerce Industry

 Understanding of e-commerce flow

 Proficiency in Project Management Tools

 Ability to work with User Stories

 Documentation & Presentation Skills

 Familiarity with FRD and BRD

 Advanced knowledge of B2B, B2C, Multi-Vendor/Seller Marketplaces, and Marketplace Integration

 Essential expertise in B2B and B2C Industries

 Magento and Shopify proficiency will be considered a value-added skill alongside expertise in other e-commerce platforms.

 External System and Integration Knowledge

 Proficiency in working with APIs, ERP Systems, and OMS Systems
