About the role
We are looking for a Graphic and Video AI Designer to create visual and video content using modern AI-assisted design and generation tools. This is an internal position based in Bangalore, India, and is open to one candidate.
Key responsibilities
- Create graphic designs, illustrations, and visual assets using AI-assisted tools alongside traditional design techniques.
- Produce short-form and long-form video content, including editing, motion graphics, and AI-generated video elements.
- Develop and refine prompts, workflows, and pipelines for image and video generation to achieve consistent brand and quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand content requirements, timelines, and creative briefs.
- Review and retouch AI-generated outputs to ensure accuracy, visual quality, and suitability for intended use.
- Maintain organized asset libraries, templates, and documentation for reuse across teams.
- Stay current with emerging AI design and video tools and recommend improvements to creative processes.
Required skills and qualifications
- Strong proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Hands-on experience with AI image and video generation tools and prompt engineering.
- Solid understanding of composition, color theory, typography, layout, and motion design principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills and a portfolio demonstrating graphic and video work.
Nice to have
- Experience with 3D tools or motion capture workflows.
- Familiarity with scripting or automation to streamline creative production.
- Knowledge of basic audio editing and sound design.
Experience
3 to 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, video production, or creative content development, including exposure to AI-assisted creative tools.
