Graphics and UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for websites and mobile apps
• Conduct basic user research and usability testing to improve the user experience
• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and keep a consistent visual language across digital touchpoints
• Build and maintain UI components and style guides or design systems
• Work with developers to hand off designs and make sure they are implemented accurately
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users, and revise work to meet project requirements and deadlines

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
• Hands-on experience with Figma (Adobe XD or Sketch is a plus)
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, colour, and composition
• Knowledge of UX principles, information architecture, and responsive design
• Ability to create interactive prototypes and clear design handoff files
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and collaborate with cross-functional teams

MUST HAVE

• A portfolio showing both Graphic Design and UI/UX work, including live projects and research.
  
• Familiarity with using AI tools for UI/UX design (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, etc.)
• Location: Bangalore
