Junior Marketing Associate

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across social

media, email, and paid media channels.

● Support content creation, including social media posts, blog articles, and email

newsletters.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing projects and events.

● Conduct research to support campaign development and competitor analysis.

● Help track campaign performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.

● Engage with the marketing team in brainstorming and idea generation sessions.

Desired Skills and Experience:

● Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in a marketing-related role.

● Training or certification from a reputed institute in digital marketing or a related field is

preferred.

● Good communication skills with an ability to present ideas clearly.

● Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, including social media, SEO, and

content marketing.

● Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.

● Enthusiastic about learning and growing in the marketing field
