Node.js Backend Developer
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Node.js Backend Developer with 2+ years of experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript, along with a solid understanding of building scalable RESTful APIs. This role involves developing robust backend applications, working with relational databases, and ensuring application performance, security, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop scalable backend applications using Node.js.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs.
- Integrate third-party services and APIs.
- Work with relational databases such as PostgreSQL / MySQL.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
- Optimize application performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with frontend developers and project teams.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Node.js and JavaScript / TypeScript.
- Experience with Express.js or similar frameworks.
- Good understanding of REST Required SkillsAPIs.
- Experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL.
- Knowledge of Git and API integration.
- Understanding of authentication, authorization and security best practices.
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
