5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance public perception.
6. Track and report ORM performance metrics and sentiment trends.
7. Identify opportunities to promote positive content and customer experiences.
8. Handle crisis situations and negative publicity with a strategic approach.
9. Develop and execute proactive ORM strategies to strengthen the brand's online
presence and credibility
Qualifications:
● Any degree
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Experience using ORM tools
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple platforms
● Strong research and problem-solving skills
