Partnerships & Alliances Manager

General Role Description


The Head of Partnerships and Alliances is pivotal in driving Codilar’s growth by forging

strategic partnerships that enhance our service offerings and generate substantial

revenue. This role demands a proactive manager capable of identifying and nurturing

relationships with industry counterparts, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.The role

needs someone who is strong at building and managing relationships.


Roles and Responsibilities:


● Strategically identify, develop, and manage partnerships and alliances with

​    companies offering complimentary services.

● Oversee key strategic relationships with established partners such as Adobe,

​    Pimcore and other enterprise platform companies.

● Negotiate and finalize terms that include revenue sharing and commission

​    agreements, ensuring Codilar’s interests are optimized.

● Cultivate enduring relationships with pivotal stakeholders within partner

​    organizations to ensure ongoing collaboration and success.

● Implement strategies to drive revenue from partnerships, including accurate

​    tracking and reporting of partnership revenue and commissions.


● Facilitate and leverage introductions between partners and Codilar’s clientele to

​    uncover new business opportunities.

● Devise and execute joint marketing campaigns with partners to maximize the reach

​    and impact of our collaborations.

● Engage with Codilar’s business development, marketing, and sales teams to align

​    partnership strategies with broader business goals.


Desired Skills and Experience:


● Proven track record in building successful partnerships and alliances, with a

​   focus on digital commerce or related fields.

● Strong negotiation skills with the ability to devise agreements that serve both

​   parties’ interests.

● Exceptional relationship-building skills, with a network of contacts in the industry and

​    an aptitude for engaging new prospects.

● Demonstrable experience in revenue generation through strategic partnerships

​    and alliances.

● Strategic thinker with a keen sense for identifying synergistic opportunities that

​    align with business objectives.

● Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating the value of partnerships both

​    internally and externally.

● Results-oriented, with a data-driven approach to measure the effectiveness of

​    partnerships.

● Experience 6+ Years in Partnership.
