Position Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering multiple consulting engagements within the defined budget, scope, and schedule. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and expertise in AEM-driven digital transformation initiatives. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of digital marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple consulting engagements, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders including customers, partners, and internal consulting teams.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of AEM and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders, including CXO-level executives, to align business goals and delivery outcomes.
  • Provide strategic direction and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Present project updates, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and executive audiences.
  • Ensure strong communication, coordination, and governance across engagement teams.
  • Support organizational change management efforts and ensure smooth customer adoption.
  • Apply Agile or Agile Scrum methodologies for successful project execution.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships that foster long-term partnership.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of technology or service delivery experience.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience managing client-facing projects, with strong specialization in delivering AEM projects.
  • Proven experience managing key stakeholders at the CXO level across customers, partners, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills and structured thinking to handle complex project scenarios.
  • Exposure to implementing Experience/Marketing Cloud suites (Campaign, Analytics, etc.) will be an advantage.
  • Experience implementing leading COTS platforms such as IBM, SFDC, or Oracle Marketing Cloud is preferred.
  • Extensive background in delivering digital transformation projects.
  • Strong experience using Agile/Agile Scrum methodologies.
  • Mandatory certifications: PMP, CSM, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
  • Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive-level audiences.
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships with customers at all levels.
  • Excellent understanding of business models, concepts, and strategies.

  • Innovative, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and documentation skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with equivalent technical experience.
  • Deep industry experience in verticals such as telecom, retail, financial services, or high-tech.
  • Willingness to travel (50% or more).
