React Native / Next.js Developer

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced React Native / Next.js Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate must have mandatory production experience with React Native, along with strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and React.js. Working knowledge of Next.js is preferred. This role involves building performant mobile applications and web interfaces, and collaborating closely with backend developers and designers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native, ensuring smooth performance across iOS and Android.
  • Build and maintain responsive web interfaces using React and Next.js.
  • Translate UI/UX designs into reusable, scalable components for web and mobile.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services, handling data fetching and error states.
  • Implement state management solutions (Redux, Context API, or similar) for scalable app architecture.
  • Debug and resolve UI, performance, and platform-specific issues across web and mobile.
  • Work with native modules and platform APIs (camera, push notifications, geolocation, etc.) as needed.
  • Handle app build and release processes, including publishing to the App Store and Play Store.
  • Collaborate closely with backend developers, designers, and QA for end-to-end feature delivery.
  • Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards and best practices.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development, with mandatory production experience in React Native.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Solid working experience with React.js, including hooks and component lifecycle.
  • Working knowledge of Next.js is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
  • Hands-on experience integrating REST APIs.
  • Solid understanding of state management libraries (Redux, Context API, or similar).
  • Experience with React Navigation and the mobile app lifecycle.
  • Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
  • Understanding of app store deployment processes (Play Store/App Store).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and good communication.
