Job Description:


Codilar Technologies is looking for a driven and seasoned Sales Lead to join our team in the

Dubai office. The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of experience in sales, especially

within the digital commerce or IT services sector. This role requires a strategic leader with

exceptional sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a demonstrated history of

surpassing sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:


● Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the GCC market,

​    aligning with overall business objectives to drive growth and market penetration.

● Lead and manage all sales activities within the GCC region, setting clear targets and

​    ensuring the team meets or exceeds these goals.

● Recruit, Mentor and guide the sales team, fostering a collaborative environment that

​     encourages high performance and professional development.

● Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging market insights to create and

​    implement effective sales tactics.


● Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring high levels

​    of satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

● Oversee the complete sales process from prospecting through to closing, ensuring

​    effective deal management and successful outcomes.

● Develop and present tailored solutions that address clients' unique business needs and

​    challenges.

● Act as a trusted advisor, providing consultative support throughout the sales process.

● Set ambitious sales targets, monitor team performance, and analyze sales metrics to

​    drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

● Regularly provide sales performance reports and strategic insights to senior

​    management to support data-driven decision-making.

● Represent Codilar Technologies at industry events, conferences, and networking

​   functions, enhancing brand visibility and establishing valuable industry connections.

● Outstanding performance in this role could lead to an opportunity for promotion to the

​   position of Regional Head, reflecting a significant achievement and growth within the

​   company.


Qualifications:


● Minimum of 10 years in sales, demonstrating a strong record of achieving sales targets

​    and leading teams.

● At least 2 years of proven experience in a senior sales leadership role in companies

​   related to products and services in the digital commerce space, preferably in a global

​   context.

● Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

● Experience in building, leading, and motivating successful sales teams.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

● Deep understanding of the digital commerce industry and related technologies including

​   enterprise e-commerce platforms and omnichannel retail technologies.

● Strong understanding of challenges and pain points of customers in different maturity

​   levels of their digital commerce journey.

● Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset to interpret market intelligence and sales

​   data.

● Ability to work collaboratively across functions and lead through influence.
