Senior Next.js / React Native Developer

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Next.js / React Native Developer with 4+ years of experience to lead frontend and mobile development initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React, Next.js, and/or React Native, along with the ability to design scalable application architecture, mentor junior developers, and collaborate effectively across backend, QA, and UX/UI teams to deliver high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead frontend / mobile development using Next.js, React and / or React Native.
• Design scalable and maintainable application architecture.
• Develop reusable components and integrations.
• Integrate backend APIs and third-party services.
• Optimize application performance and user experience.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Collaborate with backend, QA, UX/UI and project teams.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in React / Next.js and / or React Native.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Strong experience with REST API integration.
• Good understanding of state management.
• Experience with responsive design and performance optimization.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Git and development best practices.
• Experience in leading or mentoring developers is preferred.
