ServiceNow Developer (4 to 6 Years)
Job Description:
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, and
- integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and provide technical guidance and
- solutions.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and
- CMDB.
- Utilize development patterns such as MVC and frameworks like Angular to create scalable and
- maintainable applications.
- Apply object-oriented programming principles to enhance the functionality and maintainability of
- applications.
- Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and release
- notes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelors & degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Experience with development patterns such as MVC and frameworks like Angular.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
- Knowledge of other programming languages and design patterns is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a
plus.
