ServiceNow Developer (4 to 6 Years)

Job Description:

  • Key Responsibilities:
  •  Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, and
  • integrations.
  •  Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and provide technical guidance and
  • solutions.
  •  Develop and maintain ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and
  • CMDB.
  •  Utilize development patterns such as MVC and frameworks like Angular to create scalable and
  • maintainable applications.
  •  Apply object-oriented programming principles to enhance the functionality and maintainability of
  • applications.
  •  Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions.
  •  Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and release
  • notes.

  •  Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Qualifications:
  •  Bachelors & degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  •  Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform.
  •  Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
  •  Experience with development patterns such as MVC and frameworks like Angular.
  •  Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
  •  Knowledge of other programming languages and design patterns is a plus.
  •  Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  •  ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a

plus.
