Talent Acquisition Manager

Role Summary

The Talent Acquisition Manager will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technology roles (Adobe Commerce/Magento, AEM, and related digital platforms), leading a team of recruiters, driving fulfillment TAT, and ensuring quality pipeline delivery for enterprise and mid-market client accounts. This role blends hands-on sourcing leadership with team management, client-facing coordination, and reporting ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Team & Delivery Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters/sourcers, setting individual KPIs and reviewing performance against weighted scorecards.
  • Own the fulfillment funnel — sourcing, screening, submission, interview coordination, offer, and onboarding — across active client requirements.
  • Track and improve key metrics: TAT (Turnaround Time), submission-to-interview ratio, offer-to-joining ratio, and aging/stuck requisitions.
  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews and QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) with the recruiting team.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as primary escalation point for client-side hiring managers/VMOs on requirement clarifications, candidate quality concerns, or delays.
  • Partner with Business Development to understand new account requirements and translate them into actionable job specs.
  • Manage requirement intake calls, prioritization, and allocation of open positions across the recruiting team based on skill-fit and bandwidth.

Sourcing & Hiring Strategy

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for niche technology skills (Adobe Commerce, AEM, Magento, QA, DevOps, etc.).
  • Define and refine sourcing strategy — job boards, referrals, passive sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, vendor partnerships.
  • Own offer negotiation, enablement period discussions, and candidate experience through the hiring process.

Reporting & Process

  • Maintain and present weekly/monthly hiring dashboards (open positions, aging, closures, funnel health) to leadership.
  • Build and enforce recruitment SOPs, mistake-tracking mechanisms, and continuous process improvement.
  • Own ATS/tracker hygiene (e.g., Workfront, Excel-based trackers, or Odoo-integrated systems).

Requirements

Experience

  • 6–10 years in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2–3 years in a team-lead/managerial capacity.
  • Prior experience in IT/technology staffing, preferably with exposure to platform ecosystems (Adobe, SAP, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Proven track record of managing recruiter teams against TAT and quality metrics.

Skills

  • Strong stakeholder management — comfortable handling client escalations directly.
  • Data-driven approach to performance management (KPI scorecards, funnel analytics).
  • Excellent communication — both client-facing and internal team communication.
  • Working knowledge of ATS tools, Excel/Sheets-based tracking, and reporting dashboards.
