Responsibilities
ProjectManager typically take the lead role in:
● Projects management for the assigned department.
● Managing the complete life cycle of the project starting from receiving the projects,
sending them in a workable format to the composition team, monitoring the execution
and ensuring that the end product is delivered in a timely manner with highest quality.
● Interacting with the Clients on a continuous basis regarding the specifications of the
projects,handling their queries, keeping them updated about the status of the current
projects through live chats, e-mails and phones.
● Managing teams of experts to collate work produced by different Groups
● Ensure maintenance of schedule fidelity.
● Analysing the new projects received, understanding the client's requirements.
● Dealing with the client to discuss on the schedule, queries and issues related to the
project.
● Bridging the gap between client and the testing team
● Sending the regular updates to senior management of project updates, status & MIS.
Requirements
o 3+ years of experience in project management with excellent communication skills.
o Relevant market knowledge.
o Knowledge of project management tool Jira.
o Good experience of working on Agile methodology.
o Magento knowledge should be an added advantage
o Ability to build rapport with clients and partners.
o Time management and planning skills.
o Bachelor or Master Degree in IT.
