Vendor Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1: Manage the end-to-end vendor lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement,

performance tracking, and offboarding.

2: Build and maintain a high-quality vendor network aligned with organizational hiring and

project requirements.

3: Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely sourcing, profile

submissions, and interview scheduling.

4: Maintain vendor databases, compliance documents, capability records, and commercial

agreements in internal systems.

5: Monitor candidate progress from submission through joining while ensuring smooth

communication between vendors and hiring teams.

6: Support commercial activities including rate negotiations, invoice validation, onboarding

documentation, and contract coordination.

7: Track vendor KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement by

promoting high-performing vendors.

8: Ensure governance by preventing duplicate submissions, enforcing submission guidelines,

and managing vendor escalations effectively.

9: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly vendor performance reports, dashboards, and

fulfillment insights for leadership review.

10: Contribute to strategic initiatives by strengthening the vendor ecosystem, improving

hiring efficiency, and driving quality-focused vendor partnerships.
